Ulrich Krentz FRSA

From the Far

The distance, so it seems, is all our aim,
We are longing to know about foreign countries.
Spinning the globe, like almost insane,
As long as it’s far, away from these boundaries!

Ulrich Krentz, born 1958 in Detmold, Germany, lives and works in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Trier, Germany and on the Isle of Man, is married and father of a son. He writes poetry, short and travel stories. The author is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, as well as a member of the Kipling Society and the Isle of Man Poetry Society.

Ulrich Krentz is a fully qualified letterpress and screen printer. Both skills are recognized early in his work as a “print artist” and as a part of political campaigning during the late 70's and early 80's.
